About Bethny Ricks
Bethny Ricks is an executive business leader with more than 18 years of progressive leadership experience, most recently holding the position of Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources.
Under Bethny's leadership, a clear roadmap for transformation and clarifying a strategic focus on talent was developed. She was responsible for helping lead the successful acquisition of more than $1 billion of business and implementing successful people strategies over her career. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards and recognition, including being recognized as one of Savoy Magazine's Most Influential African American Women in the U.S. and named one of Ohio’s Most Influential and Powerful Women. In 2021 and 2022, she was named one of America’s Most Influential African Americans in business.
